- You represent and warrant that you own all rights to the uploaded image.
- If the image depicts a third party, you confirm that you have obtained explicit consent from that person to modify their likeness using AI.
- PROHIBITED: Uploading photos of others (celebrities, acquaintances, strangers) without their permission is strictly forbidden and violates these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MusclebodyAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service:
- To create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassment, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.
- To generate deepfakes or misleading imagery intended to deceive or harm others.
- To upload images containing nudity, sexual acts, or content violating Google's safety policies (Note: Our AI filters automatically block NSFW content).
3. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of any images you upload. You grant us a limited license to process these images solely for the purpose of generating the requested output. We do NOT use your images for AI model training.
Generated Content: Subject to your compliance with these terms, you own the rights to the images generated by the Service. Paid users receive full commercial usage rights.
4. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of the AI-generated results. The output is a simulation for entertainment purposes only and should not be considered medical advice or a guaranteed prediction of physical results.
